Black Rebel Motorcycle Club | Howl
Man what can I say about this album other than it fucking rocks. Ya it’s a little bit old at this point (2005) but it seems like I tell people about this band all the time and they’ve: A. never heard of BRMC or B. have but never listened to this album. Now to be honest here I haven’t listened to a whole lot of their other material but from what I have heard Howl is a bit of a departure from their usual groove. It’s a straight up, amazing roots / blues rock album. There’s harmonica, slide guitar and dirty blues licks…. plus these guys might have the best band name ever: Black Rebel Motorcycle Club… I was in a band named Caulk at one point and at the time I thought there topping that but BRMC takes the cake.
