A camera lens you can cuddle with
After seeing camera lens coffee mugs, USB flash drives, and even jewelry fashioned out of actual camera lens parts, it comes as no surprise that our friends over at ThinkGeek are now selling camera lens pillows. Any photo enthusiast I know would love to have a few of these laying around as throw pillows for the couch or office. Unlike that $1,400 lens on your camera, you can drop this one guilt free, throw it at the wall if you get mad, or even snuggle with it at night. Camera aficionados will be pleased to see they also stayed pretty close to the real thing as far as details are concerned as well.
There are both Nikon and Canon versions available, two from each manufacturer and range in price from $45-$80.
Your options from Nikon are the Nikkor 35mm, or Nikkor N 24-70mm.
From Canon you have the Canon 50mm, or Canon C 24-105mm.
So go forth, close the aperture to your eyes and set your focus on taking a nap.
